Whether mild or server, experiencing anxiety can limit the potential for enjoyment in our own lives. In this course, you will learn the physical, mental and emotional signs of anxiety: Learn to value and notice the important warning signs our bodies send to us. With opportunities to identify personal causes and symptoms of anxiety, you will explore how to take small steps to break the cycle of anxiety-producing thoughts, beliefs and behaviours.
